Essence Repatterning
TAPES
There are two audiotape formats available for Essence
Repatterning:
Because all of the
Essence Repatterning tapes address the underlying
causes of our external issues, layer by layer, regular use of any of
these tapes will have a wide-ranging impact on your life in general.
Each time you listen, you will be addressing the next layer of
limiting patterns you're ready to dissolve.

Meta-Pattern
Series
(passive approach)
|
Use these tapes to
repattern limiting Meta-patterns—those
patterns that are so pervasive that they encompass one's whole life.
These are patterns through which we filter our every experience and
perception, as if we are wearing glasses whose lens cause us to see,
for example, 'limitation' or 'lack of support', at every turn.
Say someone has a
pattern of not living up to their potential. Research has
shown that this would mean that, on some level, they have a belief
that they should not
live up to their potential.
Consequently, they
would see every opportunity through the limiting lens of that pattern:
shouldn't live up to my potential. This could hold true if they
were shopping for a suit, interviewing for a job, or making a
presentation. Somehow that meta-pattern would limit or inhibit their
behavior and choices.
Every time you
listen to one of these tapes, you are saying "Yes" to the
Unconscious, so that it works even if you fall asleep during the
process. (A

Although these tapes
do not contain subliminal messages, they do work with the
