The Science of Mmmore

The Essence Repatterning® Newsletter

Did you know that 30 seconds can alter your life—and increase your potential to receive mmmore?

More of what, you ask?

More of what you enjoy ...more of what you appreciate ...more of what gives you pleasure.

Many times, when we’re thinking or talking about our lives or bodies, jobs or finances, we’re focusing on what we don’t like, or what we don’t want.  Here’s a chance to start shifting that focus—and, in the process, begin fine tuning the flavor of your life.

Just for a moment, lift your eyes from your computer screen.  Look around you. Hey, really look.

What's one thing that you see that you appreciate?  Is it something you see in the room ...on your desk ...out the window?  Is it something colorful, soothing, or maybe  playful? Or perhaps it’s something you hear ...if you’re  listening to music you enjoy.

Is it something you smell, like dinner cooking, or something you're snacking on at your desk?  Or maybe it’s how you feel about your life, your mate, or your child.

Or, perhaps you're reading this at work.  Ah.  There are those who might say, "Isn't it wonderful that I have a job?"

What can you appreciate about where you work ...who you work with ...or what your job entails?  Or maybe you can appreciate how easy your commute is (remember, everything's relative), or how much you enjoy some aspect of your work.

Rather than just read these words, it will pay off for you to actually take a moment to stop and do this:  To notice what you can appreciate right now, in this moment.

This will pay off for you strategically in actually changing your field of attraction.  Yes, by investing an extra 30 seconds—in appreciation—as you read, you can begin altering your life, in the moment, for the better.

Let's push the envelope a little further.  What's something you appreciate about your life?  Your family? Your body?  Your home?  Your car?  Your hobbies?

As we notice things that we appreciate, we are actually enhancing the quality of our lives today, and down the road.  For as we appreciate any aspect of our life or our world, we are actually creating a field around us that will attract even more things that we appreciate.

In fact, one of the most powerful things you can do is to take brief "appreciation breaks" throughout your day.  If you find yourself stuck in traffic, or stopped at a light, what better way to spend that otherwise lost time!

The science behind this approach is the focus of a new DVD, called The Secret.  It's a new, underground movie that depicts this field theory in compelling ways. You may have heard of it.  It's all the buzz in many circles.   (You can check it out at www.thesecret.tv   It's only available through the website, but you can actually view it on-line for a nominal charge.)

Essence Repatterning is based upon the premise that we are all programmed for success, health and happiness at the cellular level.  (When we're experiencing anything else, it's just the result of early conditioning and limiting beliefs we picked up in our childhood and that have continued to play out as we grew older.)

Part of the Essence Repatterning approach is to re-focus on that natural state of success, health and happiness.  When we are noticing what we appreciate about our lives, and feeling an attitude of gratitude, we are doing just that.

On another note, thank you for your patience in the delivery of this Newsletter.  As you've probably noticed in your own life, things often have a life, and timing, of their own.  However, occasionally I am very surprised at what that timing turns out to be. That said, I hope you find this useful.

Best to you  (of whatever you want!)
