What if there were a practical and fun, step-by-step technology that activated the True strengthsand juiceof the members of your organization... while simultaneously improving your 'bottom line' results?

What if you could see evidence of these results on a daily and weekly basis?

What if it energized you and your colleagues, stimulating you to begin naturally using more of your innate brilliance in new, creatively productive ways on the job?

What if you felt supported in doing this...in ways you never imagined?

What if you are seeing your desires manifest for a more productive, harmonious, pleasant workplacein subtle and significant ways?

With the Success-Alignment Seminar you can learn to do this...and begin seeing, and feeling, these resultseven in situations  that today may seem intractable.

"Working with these techniques has brought our management team closer together and helped us increase revenues by 25 percent. It's also helped us update both our billing and office systems and reduce stress. We're enjoying having some of that 'gung hoanything is possible' spirit back in the air."

Pamela Shannon, business manager, HMI, Rockville, MD

Through this professional training course, Essence Repatterning provides a template for the positive, energizing activation of the best of an organization's resourceshuman and otherwise.

Using uniquely respectful, non-threatening techniques, the  Success-Alignment Seminar teaches the systematic, strategic application of Essence Repatterning within businesses and organizations.

The payoff is multi-faceted when groups apply the process to shared objectives. The result: the organization's activated brilliance!

  • First, Pat McCallum assists them in learning how to achieve their objectives more easily—specifically by changing the attitudes and beliefs that are not producing what they desire.  "Then we activate those beliefs and attitudes that will do the job."

  • Pat says: "The fun begins as they watch tasks get done that had been on-the-shelf or 'in motion' for months."

  • The end result is always more effective, efficient, and satisfying. It's also more creative, as the participants begin to tap more of their innate brilliance.

  • Plus there's always an improvement in the quality-of-life within the organization in general, and for the individuals involved specifically.

  • The process becomes a great adventure of discovery.  It works best with groups that want to experiment with accessing more of their innate resources to achieve their personal and professional objectives.

Expand Productivity, Synergy

Drawing on the latest brain research and productivity techniques, it teaches participants to synergistically activate the best of their strengthsboth individual and organizational.  In the process, they learn simple, effective new ways to expand their productivity and reach their goals and objectives.

Participants learn to:

  1. Enhance and deepen existing success patterns;

  2. Identify and repattern the beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that have been slowing down the initiation and successful completion of organizational projects.  (This includes successfully addressing those patterns that involve otherswithout being manipulative)

  3. Observe and quantify the results that occur.

"The Success-Alignment Seminar helped us increase personal accountability and ownership for our organization's success. It helped us break through some particularly obstinate negative dynamics so we could become more creatively productive."                 R. Carnes, managing partner, Cook-Ross, Silver Spring, MD

The multi-session seminar is stimulating, thought-provoking and deeply satisfying.  It includes a professionally designed student manual which addresses all behavioral/learning styles.

1. SKILL-BUILDINGTraining individuals within an organization to improve their general skill levels, including:

  • Being more competent, efficient, and confident in their general tasks;

  • Becoming more accountable on the job; and

  • Accessing and exercising more of their innate leadership and 'brilliance'.

2.TEAM-BUILDINGTraining employee or management departments, units, or divisions in how to:

  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by identifying and accentuating their strengths

  • Use proven, creative, problem-solving tools to improve day-to-day operations

  • Achieve their short- and long-term goals and objectives by strategically moving toward their goalswhile more easily clearing the path of the obstacles that inevitably arise.

3. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTTraining managers/employees in how to more effectively:

  • Identify the organization's mission and prioritiesin light of current challenges

  • Enhance and build upon its inherent strengths in specific ways

Frequently asked questions:

  • Is it necessary that  everyone in the organization (group, team, department, etc) participate in order for the Essence Repatterning process to be effective?

No.  In fact, since Essence Repatterning influences the unified field of the organization (group, team, department, etc), it's only necessary that those who choose to participate do so.  They can effect the shift for the organizational field.  That said, the more individuals who choose to participate, the better.  However, it is most productive when everyone there is participating by choice.

  • How long is the Success-Alignment Seminar course?

Each one is tailored to the specific organization's needs and objectives.  A typical schedule may include weekly classes of three hours each for four weeks. This is followed by three-hour classes every other week for two months.  Follow-up classes are then scheduled once a month.

  • What degree of disclosure or sharing is required by a participant?

As much, or little, as he or she desires.  The process uniquely honors  each individual's preferences for privacy/openness.  The process works regardless of these considerations.

  • Who presents the Success-Alignment Seminar?

Pat McCallum, the developer of the Essence Repatterning processes.

  • Does Pat do any pro bono work with organizations?

Yes, depending on her schedule, logistics and, especially, her passion, interest, and alignment with the organization's objectives.  (The organization's readiness for positive changes is a decided plus as well.)
