About Pat McCallum

There was a time when Pat McCallum defined her work by this criterion:  "If it doesn't grow corn, I'm not interested."

Yes, this is still in the ballpark.  However, today, she values even more the exciting ways in which individuals are using Essence Repatterning to  spark new levels of confident aliveness... happiness... and empowerment  in both their personal lives and at work.

She birthed the first version of Essence Repatterning out of this no-nonsense blend of practicality and her personal quest for more fulfillment.  "Looking back, I can see that it had to happen," she says.  "I had reached a point in my life in which I felt as if I was in a brown paper bag and couldn't find my way out.  With such intense frustration, something had to give!"  (Tell me more.)

She sees now that what gave was her resistance to moving forward, making a difference, and creating a new system for positive change.  

Her first book, Stepping Free of Limiting Patterns With Essence Repatterning^®, was published in the U.S. in l992 and in Spain in 1993.  It will soon be re-issued as an e-Seminar-in-a-book.

Grounded in the corporate world, Pat began her career as an executive trainer on Wall Street.  In her work, she draws on more than 20 years of personal research and field experience in streamlined approaches to improving productivity and personal effectiveness.  Before starting Essence Solutions, Inc., Pat also hosted a popular radio talk show for three years in Washington DC which focused on self-empowerment.

Trains Therapists and Doctors

In addition to her work with organizations, Pat trains psychotherapists, medical doctors and others in the healing arts in how to use Essence Repatterning in their practices.  She has presented to the American Holistic Medical Association and to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Conference on Alternative Medicine, Wellness and Health Care Reform in Washington DC.

Pat's client list includes AT&T; Cook Ross; the U.S. departments of Commerce, Defense, Energy, and Health and Human Services; the Federal Reserve System; the National Education Association; the National Institutes of Health; Western Electric; and the World Bank.
